The Flirt is designed for relaxed lake living.

This restored 1927 cottage offers two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, light-filled living space, lake views, and inviting outdoor areas shaped by stone, gardens, and mature trees.

Belgian linen and natural materials add to the cottage’s relaxed, refined feel.

Dine in the garden or gather around the firepit.

The town beach is across the street. New Preston village and the trails of Macricostas Preserve, including The Pinnacle, are within walking distance. Additional beach access is available at nearby Lake Waramaug State Park.
